MEXICO CITY—Two former senior Mexican police officers, leading aides of the male who ran the country’s drug war for 6 yrs, have been indicted Thursday in New York on prices of having tens of millions of bucks in bribes from the Sinaloa Cartel in trade for security and enabling tons of its cocaine to movement via Mexico unhindered.

Luis Cárdenas Palomino and Ramón Pequeño have been billed with three counts of cocaine trafficking conspiracy.
